If you enjoy Shoegaze music then you need this disc in your collection.

A waste of money.
Do not waste your money on this DVD...There arer only 9 songs and 2 of them are played TWICE. The other 5 songs are not their best. DO NOT BUY THIS DVD.

Not a diet for most people.
2 von 2 finden das hilfreich My wife and I followed the diet to a T. After the first 4 days of cleansing we each lost 5 pounds. The next 2 weeks we followed the 28 days to a T. We have not lost one single pound. I did not follow the exercise plan. I get all of my exercise working outdoors in the evening and on the weekend. The diet is very expensive. Our grocery bill for the 4 day cleansing period was over $100.00. I would not recommend this book.
