Hard card to make work
This card will fail to boot with any modern psu. Reason. Surge protection from the floppy power rail. Solution is simple. Either use an older psu (no) or buy a molex to floppy adapter cable (yes). Once it is up and running it is an excellent card. For it's time it can run any directx9 game title without effort. Tv capture and playback is acceptable provided you use an external freeview box and the purple ATi a/v connector box.

Best of the best so far for the 478 platform
I bought this board to replace a slower low end SiS chip-set based board. Everything worked on it right off the bat. I put 2gig ddr ram in it and a 500gb sata hdd. Running a silent geforce 6600 at 8x agp fanless with heat pipe.
