This One Runs a little small
I tried on MC vests out at the Mall and the 2X fit Perfect
Maybe theres run a little Large
I will order the 3X see how it fits

I rated high as there are very few I like this is one of them
they are on the Hard side
I Prefer the Softer ones for sleeping
these are great for Ear Protection / Hearing Protection
