Tedious, not relaxing.

Have other yoga DVD's. This one rated low. Instructor's voice is monotone, and dronnes on and on. Not relaxing at all.

Comfortable, easy on & off.

Had meniscus surgery, but still get a twinge of discomfort. The Patella Tendon strap gave me just enough support to alleviate the pain without have to resort to a large knee wrap. Easy on and off, too.

Great Yoga Exercise Video

2 workouts in this video, Hatha yoga and Flow yoga. The Hatha provides a bit easier workout. They are each 25 minutes in duration, but for the Flow yoga, the 25 minutes is plenty long. Easy to follow along with instructor.
