Inaccurate Picture and Damaged
Arrived with blue handles. They were grey in the picture. This night not seem like a big deal but actually really bothers me as I hate blue and purposely got one that wasn't blue (or so I thought). I'd like one sent that actually looks like the pic. With grey handles. Also arrived damaged. Lid was cracked.

Lied About Condition
Said "brand new, sealed." While technically sealed, was not brand new. Wrapping removed and stickers that are along edges put back to make look sealed, but one was obviously crooked and not on from factory. Disc was scratched.
