Excellent Sound Decoder
I have been a HO scale model railroader for over ten years and I have tried many different kinds of sound decoders over the years. I have found Soundtraxx's Tsunami 2 decoders to be excellent in sound choices, sound quality, the sheer number of available functions which includes a easy to remap function system, excellent lighting affects (especially for LEDs) and light function mapping, high power rating, fits into almost all HO scale locomotives, MADE IN THE USA, speed motor control is excellent (I can run a locomotive at speed step 1 and easily speed match it to another with this decoder), and as a bonus Soundtraxx's customer service is very kind and they get back to me really quickly. Overall, I would recommend this sound decoder to anyone who is looking for an awesome sound decoder for their next locomotive project. Happy Model Railroading!
