  Pictures indicate a better part than was received. Seller was either intentionally dishonest or just made a photographic error. Seller will not allow a return though his own mistake and would not allow a return even though he admits (via email) that the picture did not display the true condition of the part. I would not buy again from him.

  All pictures clearly show that the part of the item you are referring to is black (not chrome). Im sorry that you are not able to distinguish the difference. Im very honest in my pictures and answering any questions on a style or condition of product (which you did not ask any). I DO issue refunds for damaged product durring shipping or any mistakes on my part. I DO NOT issue refunds for negligence on the buyers behalf.
