Great book for young girls and moms
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I was looking for a book to share with my almost 10 year old about caring for her body and the changes she will face. The content is age appropriate and so adorable! I highly recommend this book!

Beautiful journal
This journal is the perfect companion for the book the care and keeping of you 1. I got this for my daughter who’s almost 10 and it’s so cute and age appropriate. There’s a lot of good discussions about changes in their bodies and room for expressing a lot of her feelings. Adorable, medically accurate and age appropriate book. It touches on acne, hair care, body care, deodorant use, period information and more. So happy with this purchase!
