Good, but not the "kids show" I thought
3 von 6 finden das hilfreich I grew up on DBZ, but hadn't seen most of this earlier stuff. I am loving the story, but there is so much nudity (mostly young naked Goku and partially obscured Bulma) I find it truly distracting. It does not have the censoring that was shown in America when it was on TV. I knew Master Roshi was a pervert, but I did not realize how heavily they lean into that character trait in these earlier episodes.
Still, if you can get past that, the story is engaging, and the characters are pretty good. The constant challenges they face and some creative ways they get around them make for some good stories. It gets better as it goes along and the characters get developed more.
