Samsung SGH C417 (AT&T)
This phone has not worked well since I got it and my husband keeps telling me that I need to send it back. i would , but I don't have the information I need to send it back. Can I get it?
I bought this as a replacement phone for one like it thatI had. My old stolen phone never gave me any problems.
The phone suddenly turns off in the middle of a conversation or when I start to answer a phone call. This is very irriatating to the person that I have just paged to call me back on my mobile phone.
The battery in the phone looks pretty beaten up and has to be adjusted frequently.
The phone is crummy.
