The boots came in the original Ariat box, with all the cardboard supports and protective paper and plastic, which I was pleasantly surprised by. The shipping box was in good shape.The boots are beautiful and I'm so pleased with my purchase. My only unfavorable comment was the fragrance I could smell when I opened the external box- I'm very sensitive to that stuff, but the boots were well-protected. I'll just get rid of the boxes :) Thank you!

I am glad you are happy with the boots. Very sorry for any fragrance you encountered. I don't recall any smells at all when I packaged or shipped. I wonder if something spilt onto the box while in transit. Regardless, my apologizes again!
