  These had another owner's name attached and one did not function. Did learn "open box" doesn't mean what I thought though...bought 2 pairs from this seller and one appeared and worked like new, maybe was new? I'm pretty sure "open box" means "refurbished," but I cannot prove that. The seller was good to work with, paying for shipping of return and full refund. What more could I ask?
