Great filters, makes a difference when you put the new filters in.
Noticed the difference as soon as I switched the cleaner on, suction was unbelievable. It pays to change the filters on a regular basis

Great cleaner.
Easy to put together, instructions clear. Have used on carpet and upholstery with excellent results. Both carpet and upholstery dried much quicker than when I had used a carpet cleaning company. Although when using on a large surface you need to empty the dirty water and top up the clean water, this is not a negative on the product. The initial cost of the cleaner outweighs the cost of continually using a carpet cleaning company, although you still need to purchase the cleaning solution. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Poor connection
Product has poor connection to power supply, the adaptor that comes with the product does not seem to connect. You get what you pay for.
