potentially life changing
This is a very well written gift of insights into how to bring more kindness to yourself and others. I'm more than half way through and find it a bit dry in the middle but look forward to picking it up again as the rest of it looks as promising as the first half.
Despite the subtitle, it isn't a bit religious. I thoroughly recommend it.

A useful introduction
This is a great little book for the price. I've found it difficult to source other books on physiotherapy for students overseas whose first language isn't English and this looks like it will be quite suitable.
