As advertised and described.
Probably works great if your truck box does not have a liner thar extends over the stake holes. Mine does, and the cleat had to be taken apart to install, as it would not separate enough to get the bottom part into the hole and into place solidly. As a result, I had to hold the bottom part in the hole and then screw the visible part to it. Would be much easier if the screws were 1/2-inch longer, and would therefore be able to install over the box-edge cap without taking them apart. I actually lost the lower half of one of the four cleats, which is now somewhere deep in the box side. After that happened, I was more careful and placed a small piece of cardboard in the jole until I got the two halves partially threaded. Mostly my own fault, but could be less risky with longer screws if you have a linre that covers the top of the box rail. Otherwise, 5 stars.
