Cheap plastic
It says metal and white.....So you expect...at least I did! ....for the metal to be painted white on the top. It isn't.....it is plastic, and off white at that! It would be ok for a utility room, but we wanted it as extra hanging space for guests in the spare bedroom. (I have pinched the wardrobes space!). Am going to get some beach type stencils to paint.....beach huts and lighthouses.....as we live near the coast and stick those to the front to cheer them up.....so has worked out more expensive. I suppose you get what you pay for!
