Lightweight with aluminum foil and less copper

When I cut into the cable I found it had a foil rap around the center core , the braid was not the quality I was hoping for ,the strands where not as many and so thin they broke very easily . the center core was made of hard clear cover , not the soft white foam I was hoping for . looks like it's not able to handle high power
