FIREWIRE CONNECTION BETWEEN MY TWO Mac Pro Towers
I needed this to couple and use one Mac Pro Tower (2010) to Repair the other (mid 2012)'s OS. This was due to it being corrupted by 5-1/2 hours of power loss. It resulted in the power going off then coming back on for a few seconds a few times, before the Electric Company's Transformer blew. Tried all the Apple's suggested boot ups ... all to no avail.

MY FAVORITE COLOR IS FORREST GREEN.
THE MAIN REASON I BOUGHT THIS WAS MY OBSESSION WITH THE COLOR GREEN. I WOULD SUGGEST THE TUBE OR BARREL KEY VERSION IS BETTER. YOU HAVE TO KEEP THESE REGULAR KEY TYPES WELL LUBED OR THEY BREAK OFF IN THE LOCK. WHICH HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. Since I use these on both "end doors" of a Double Length Storage Space, they're exposed to the elements. That's what caused me to start carrying a Lube Spray Can in my pickup. BTW, I OWN THREE MORE OF THE BARREL KEY TYPE. Purchased because years back, Dopers, looking for MicroWaves or something they could hock easily, kept using bolt cutters to cut the hasp on other type locks. These type locks stopped that. Though it contained a couple of thousand Dollars worth of Triumph Motorcycle parts and a restored '68 TR-6R, they never took anything :-)

Just what I needed from changing four light bulbs per ceiling fans
JUST WHAT I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE FOUR BULBS PER CEILING FAN OF OUR FOUR CEILING FANS WITH BRIGHTER LED BULBS. NO INSTRUCTIONS FOR LIGHT BULB POLE. LENGTH AND LOCKING IT SO THAT YOU COULD TWIST TIGHT BULBS COUNTER CLOCK WISE AND REMOVE. MOST ANNOYING TO WASTE THE TIME EXPERIMENTING TO GET IT RIGHT. TO FELICITATE THE REMOVAL OF BULBS, MANY MONTHS LATER, I SUGGEST YOU APPLY A LIGHT COAT OF SILICONE LUBRICANT TO THE THREAD OF NEW BULBS BEFORE INSTALLATION. DON'T GET ANY ON THE END CONTACT. SILICONE IS A DIALECTIC, i.e., IT DOESN'T CONDUCT ELECTRICITY :-)
THE LED LIGHTS IN MY OFFICE ARE MUCH BRIGHTER. A LITTLE PRICEY, BUT MUCH BETTER THAT TRYING TO WORK OVER HEAD ON A SHAKY STEP LADDER.
