Emmotional Intelligence and Primal Leadership
I was recommended to read Dr. Daniel Golelman's book Emotional Intelligence in Kaiser's health class. I bought one for me. And Primal Leadership for my daughter. I think it would be good for her since she is a HR manger for a big corporation. Thank you. I would recommended to others to read it.

I think it's a great book for healing, learning how to be your own healer!
A couple positive affirmations for health helped me at night, instead of focusing on pain, I focus on healing and I am healthy, I am healed. I do this through out the day, whenever I have a chance to tell myself this good stuffs. I bought total 4 books, one for me, one for my daughter, also her girl friend , one for my daughter's mother in law this Xmas. Thank you.
