Good for a small or confined area...
I have a smaller version of this air conditioner in the bedroom and except for a little noise, it works perfectly and keeps the room , dry , clean and filtered too.
Unfortunately, this is not the case for the larger unit I purchased for a much larger and more difficult area to cool with 4 sets of SE windows and an adjoining hallway, and bathroom too. It simply could not cool such an area well and seemed to be overwhelmed. In the end, I had to install a window air conditioner as even the largest one from a different manufacturer was not able to cool the area well. Yet, I would recommend it highly for a bedroom with two or three windows with shades. It's perfect.

New and Legitimate...
New product with all the trimmings came boxed and I was able to register it on the MSI website. It is working well a
nd I am satisfied.
