Not 100% Sure.
I have only used this shampoo once so far and found that it left my hair feeling quite dry after; even with the use of a conditioner after washing. Not 100% sure if it actually removes any residue after the use of my usual shampoo first; but I will contiue to use it a couple more times to get a true judgement of the results. Nonetheless, my hair was left feeling clean but quite crunchy dry after.
