Fantastic series
Really good price for the first seven books of a great series. I have bought these as a gift. Now its been out a few years, no need to wait for the next instalment.

New thinking
I really enjoyed this book and have already reccomended it to friends and family. This new way of thinking about our body's make up and functioning makes a lot of sense. It's good to read a scientific book which guides you to make simple effective changes to your lifestyle. The more books that i read on this subject, the more convincing the thoughts on diet become.

The best seed for wild birds. Good value and with a squirrel buster feeder the birds get it all.
