  My item was never shipped. I reached out to the seller multiple times. The first time they assured me that they were still going to be shipping it out. The seller never responded back after that as to why the item was still not shipped after their promise. The seller also will not cancel my order either. There has been no communication back to my inquiries since my first message to the seller. I ordered a different pair of shoes today after waiting the week for these to arrive.
