Great coffee, perfect water temp for stellar brews (pre-bloom setting optional)
Very simple and easy-to-use coffee brewer. The key is the proper temperature of water at the point of contact with the coffee. It's very basic, it has no burner, just a very well-made double wall (metal) carafe that keeps coffee warm for a good few hours. If you buy good coffee, grind it yourself, and respect the brew its the best bang for the buck. Also activate the pre-bloom setting for an even better experience. Only downside is it would be nice to brew more than 8 cups when needed.
