new with great price
This filter was the best price i had seen as well as being brand new. Great deal!

Quality I would give an 8 out of 10.
To begin with the tail lights were shipped at different times. When the second light came it had no bulbs, wiring harness or connector so I had to wait for another tail light. When it arrived it had everything I needed except the connector looked like it was worn out. When I plugged it in I noticed it was cracked and the clip that locks it in was worn away. I decided to keep it anyway because I didn't want to go thru the hassle of sending it back. Both lights function okay.
