I tried to contact the seller and she refused to help me. I placed this order in error and immediately contacted the seller to inform her of my mistake. She replied that she had already shipped the item and it would arrive by Aug.2 but I have yet to receive it. I really don't want this item now. I mistakenly hit the buy now button when I only wanted to put it in my cart. Please assist me with this matter as I do NOT have the funds to pay for it. Thank you very much for your assistance

Harry arrived just fine, well packed and fast. unfortunately his glasses were not so lucky and Hermione is no where to be found to fix them. It’s ok sometimes small things like that do not travel well. Otherwise I’m very happy with my purchase.
