Product was not new
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The handle I received was definitely NOT new. It is difficult to determine the condition exactly but:
(1) magnified examination around control panel edges and the surrounding case reveals deposit traces
(2) the plastic case shows definite, though minimal, staining as well as minor scrapes, such as might be left by periodic cleaning
(3) the battery arrived fully charged
Testing showed the handle is fully functional, so as of this moment it is working. However, the advertising is deceptive and must be changed to reflect the full history. It is possible that the product is violating health and personal safety standards and that this potential hazard is not disclosed.
The product was very well packaged. It was slow to arrive, but arrived within the promised period. In a final note, the shipping package import label had the "Gift" box checked, suggesting some scheme to avoid customs.
Since the handle is working properly, it is not easy to complain. But, I am very uneasy about using it in light of an unknown history, and definitely NOT new condition.

Good product, reasonably priced
This is also an exact replacement for use on a Dodge Grand Caravan 1996 (except for color, which doesn't matter).

Narrow end not narrow enough, unusable in my antique socket
The dimensions specified are correct for the 'fat' part (most difficult to find), but the narrow part (fitting over the lamp screw threads) was was too large causing the liner not to fit my antique socket. This is surprising since the narrow dimension is the only one that is common for all standard bulb sockets.
