CIA Book Review "Italian Cooking"
Excellent Book for the Novice through the Experienced Chef. - Great for understanding some of the historical points in Italian Cooking.

Kohler K-9033-BN Contemporary Round Brass Bottle P-Trap
Outstanding unit, a little pricey but in line with others in this class. Very attractive and looks great under the counter visible to the observer. Modern appeal, would use this unit again in a open visible drain situation, Easy install and service is a snap.

Pierogi Made Easy
Book came highly recommended as a great read on Pierogi. Full of surprises the book contains a no frills book on traditional and contemporary recipes. Not a lot on story lines just a lot of recipes.
