Quiet and effective Cooler
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I originally had the Stock Intel Cooler (with Copper Base) and an Intel Core i7-3770 (NOT "K") CPU. During Heavy Multi-task (Spybot Scan and Norton Anti-Virus Scan at same time) HW Monitor showed the core(s) with highest operating Temperature in the low 80's (C) at 1300 Fan RPM. This New Cooler reduced that to mid 60's (C) at 1000 Fan RPM. I'm sure that my Intel Motherboard (DQ77MK) BIOS was "allowing" the 80's (C) with the stock Cooler because it was capable of higher RPM's (1500, I believe). The New Cooler was barely off of "Idle" RPM. This shows its effectiveness. Would recommend.

Cools the Quad Core well.
This is the Heatsink that you need if you want to convert your Dell Precision M4400 from a Intel Core 2 Duo CPU to the Intel Core 2 Quad Extreme (QX9300). The Heatsink's copper contact pad that rests on the CPU is of larger size than that of the Heatsink for the Core 2 Duo. Both will work. This one runs Cooler.

Works well in HP 8300 Elite.
I bought this adapter to install a Plextor M6e M2 SSD in the PCIe X4 expansion slot of a HP 8300 Elite MT. The UEFI BIOS showed the presence of the drive immediately. I Restored an Image Backup of the same capacity 2.5" SATA SSD that I was replacing with the M6e, disconnected the SATA SSD, and Booted into Win 7 Pro without any problems. The only thing this new set-up will not do is connect to the Drive Activity lamp on the front panel of the PC (or at least I do not know how to make the connection).
