Brilliant for those having to 'go' during the night.
I have had the previous model, and although it worked it always felt very flimsy. Had some issues with the 'arm' not holding and the battery cover not aligning properly.
These issues have been resolved with this updated model. The 'arm' stays in position and the battery cover is perfectly aligned.
The lamp is a bit heavier than the older model, but my feeling is that this is because this is a much better quality.
The light quality is the same, but this new model has better battery life.
For those of us having to get up during the night, this is a perfect product. No more turning the light on in the bathroom, so it is easier going back to sleep when returning to bed.

Does the job
I did end up with some bruises on the side of my nose after the first use, but this was not down to the product itself. I didn't remember to move the pore cleanser, but kept it on the same spot for a bit too long.
No bruises after as I learnt my lesson and I can see a reduction in the number of blackheads on the side of my nose.
The suction is quite strong, so it might not be suitable for someone with very sensitive skin. I do, however, find it more gentle than the squeezing or even the blackhead removal tool.
Not everybody have access to a steamer, but a hot flannel will do the job of opening the pores before use.

Does what it says on the bottle
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich I received this product a day before going on holiday, so it was initially tested in a hot and humid climate. I did pack the bottle in case I needed to add another layer on my wedding ring, but I didn't need to.
I have had some issues with a nasty looking rash under my wedding ring, and have tried clear nail varnish on the surface. This would work for about a week before flaking and the rash returning. I decided to start looking for an alternative, and found this skin guard.
I have followed the recommendation and roughly 3 weeks after the first application, I applied another coat. That is now 7 weeks ago and I am still wearing my wedding ring at all times and, best of all, no rash.
As it has worked so well on my ring, I have started using it on the back of jeans buttons where they are in contact with the skin. I don't know if it is needed, but I do re-apply after every third wash just to be sure.
A great product and I will definitely recommend the Jeweler's Skin Guard if I talk to anyone with the same problem. I can wear my wedding ring and not have an angry looking rash on my finger. I don't take my ring off when washing up or showering and the coating is staying on.
