I would love to write a review

I received my order the morning after I ordered it. Went to 6 stores to buy a Sim opener card, No store, including Verizon, had one. Luckily, my daughter opened it and placed the sim card. Charged the phone, paired it and then tried activating. Error message on Verizon's web page. Called customer service and spent 1 hr 45 minutes on the phone trying to activate it. Even though the watch was connected to the charger, after the Verizon rep had me power off the watch, it wouldn't turn on. Watch has been on the charger for 6 hours now and still won't charge. I guess thats what happens when you buy a refurbished phone.

Doesn't fit a 19" laptop
My laptop is 19" per the computer salesperson. I ordered a 19" messager bag and the laptop does not fit. It fit snugly when I cut out the two protective inserts.
