Seller and shipment was great. Product is in my opinion of questionable quality and usefulness.
There are much better cleaning cloths. The low cost of this item is not worth sending back, threw it away.

Need help to make remote control work (battery is fine).
Hello, I am not a techie, therefore, I read the enclosed 'Quick Start' sheet several times before and during the installation. Not too difficult. The tuner works just fine. The biggest issue that I am trying to solve is how to make the enclosed remote control work. I checked numerous web sites, including Hauppauge and forums without success. I am using Windows 10 system. Would be a great item if I could make the remote control work. Still trying.
