Wobbly and unstable
I have two of these one in my campervan and the other cut short for the tripod use outside. Unlike the previous one piece stainless steel tube, this one is not so stable as the plastic end pieces are not a snug fit (I have all Fiamma fittings). Being a single leg, it needs to have minimal wobble otherwise it is not really suitable for eating off. Disappointed.

Great book
Just started extract brewing and this book is full of tips and ideas. Written as a conversation rather than an instruction manual. Will have to go full grain in the future so I can enjoy the second half of the book
