  Parcel with motor was improperly packed with no insurance, leading to much damaged during shipping on the fuel tank, motor housing, on off switch, pull cord., etc. Even though seller said there was insurance on the parcel, there was no insurance listed or stated on the invoice or parcel, and Fedex would not compensate for the damaged motor. I did get the motor to run but all the damaged parts are no good.
