Excellent for the money!
Very light and compact, terrific for the hiking photographer. However, not as sturdy as the more substantial tripods available, but that is the tradeoff made with such an inexpensive/ compact tripod. How durable a tripod it is remains to be seen. Happy with this purchase so far...

Operationally awkward, very good optics...
Front element on this filter is very stiff to rotate, causing all my zoom lenses to creep when I adjust it. Much prefer my Hoya Pro circular polarizer which does not have this problem (and is cheaper as well). However, this HD model is a half to full stop faster than the Pro version. You decide!

Essential equipment for BIG FISH fishing!
Expensive yes, but it is the highest quality hook cutter one can buy. Essential to proper catch and release of big (musky, etc.) fish. Be sure to use with a wrist tether (tie cord) or it will end up on the bottom of the lake!
