Seller immediately refunded part of the original shipping cost without it being requested as the actual shipping was less than originally estimated.   Great seller! Item and its condition were honestly described; no unwanted surprises. Shipping from the seller was fast (USA-based carrier was perhaps another story, but that is certainly not on the seller). This vintage guitar was VERY well packed. Good communication as well.   You don't know how excited I was to receive this guitar and ukulele!!! Marc is a great communicator and helped me out after I lost an ebay auction. He offered me another Lava me guitar that was in his store. They were packaged well, came as described with extra goodies! Really appreciated the Canada capo hahaha! I had problems with USPS being typical USPS. If you have issues with international claims, send USPS an email, and they'll eventually help you!

  I’m so excited to get this mandolin! It’s beautiful a great value! It was exactly as described. Packaged very securely it arrived in great condition. There was a hiccup with the shipping that was no fault of the seller. I contacted the seller about the shipping delay he was very fast to reply and was very helpful. I would definitely buy from this seller again!!
