Great vol 1
Disc arrived safe and sound plays fine. Shame the album is spread over two discs as these 9 songs feel like more is needed but what is here is consistent in its quality. You could say that that its a bit sad at times but Chris vocals and the qualty make up for it. Well worth it.

Lightweight with some nice features
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I dont think this will be a game for every Far Cry player and there does not appear much to the story. Dude not only rises to be leader of his tribe but also Chieftain of the land but there is no denying like in all Far Cry games there is plenty to do. One cool thing I liked was becoming beast master and learning how to use animals to my advantage to beat my enemies. So far ive only played about 10 hours but I like the skill tree idea where by you have to learn the basics before branching out into better skills. Had I had these abilities earlier in the game I think it would have made it too easy for me and therefore boring.
I dont think this game is going to be like the Witcher 3 re 60+ hours of gameplay. I think it would get boring if it got to drag on. You can see that Primal is not a game with a great deal of depth to it and its story. It looks prity and plays fine but I miss the charismatic villain that has featured in the last few games.
To finish buy this if your a Far Cry fan who is looking for something different and does not care about a deep and meaning full story with a bad ass villan in the game. Best enjoyed in short play through and bought at low price.

Two albums together from the mid sixties on one CD
If your not familiar with these titles, this Cd gathers together in one package two of Andy's albums from late (1966/67). The original album covers are reproduced, albeit in miniature form and new sleeve notes are also provided.
This first album ' In the Arms of Love ' ended a string of hit albums for Andy and was the last to be produced by Robert Mersey. The general consensus is is not down to its quality which is a nice mix of the first half being ballads and the second Bosa nova but the timing. Released in December 1966 when people were in the holiday season it also does not contain a hit single to grab peoples attention. Still, as albums go for Andy fans its well worth exploring.
Andy decided for his next release a rethink was needed. A new producer and new ideas were brought in. 'Born Free ' (1967) is a deliberate attempt to get Andy back in the charts. And it works brilliantly. The album features a range of popular tracks at the time which have since gone onto be stables of radio. Despite other singers having sung these songs Andy puts his own style onto these recordings which make them such a joy to listen to. For example Born free , the title track had been sung by Matt Monroe. I want to be Free had been recorded by the Monkiees. Spanish Eyes had been recorded by Engelbart Humperdinck. Strangers in the Night by Sinatra. Somewhere my Love had been a piece of music from the film Dr Zivargo called Laras Theme with newly added lyrics. this only names a few. However most people, despite all these great tracks, remember the album for the single Music to Watch girls go By which became a hit again at the tail end of the 1990's when reissued having appeared in a car advert.
Andy sounds exceptional throughout and whilst the second album is the one to listen to for the casual fan the first half of the CD is also well worth exploring if only to hear his skill of phrasing . Andy had a knack, in my view, of making even average material sound good. Well worth exploring.
