I have been an eBay member since 2003. I originally sold some used items, mostly musical, from the many auctions that we used to attend, some yard sales, and from home. I have retired from teaching music and doing retail work, and am also retired from a tiny amount of farm work. I have a Stratford Career Institute Diploma for Sewing & Dressmaking along with other basic trainings. I have sewn simple projects all my life with most being by hand. After an aluminum part broke, that turned out to be irreplaceable, on the old Dressmaker sewing machine, I took up studying vintage sewing machines. I bought a couple different brands and did basic oiling and cleaning of them. I eventually settled on a particular vintage Singer. Singer was what the older generations of my family used to begin with. I do have a modern sewing machine for fancy things. However, to me, nothing beats the solid straight stitch of a vintage cast iron sewing machine. I have family and am also a Breast Cancer Survivor.

Not all names.
It is a wonder of information. There are 2 family names in my heritage that are not in the book no matter what rearranged spelling I try. So, though information for the most part is great, it isn't totally complete for my concerns.

Good Replacement Wheels
These wheels were the perfect fit for our old Sterilte drawers. We had misplaced the original wheels during a move. These new wheels fit perfect & work well with the old drawers. Very happy with the purchase!

Comfortable replacement Grips.
They are much more comfortable than the old worn handle grips. The colors make them brighter to look at.
