  The item does not works, it does not holds charge. Even when seller will receive the item back, the shipping cost makes the transaction non worthless. The seller was expected to verify that the item was in working order before shipping.

  I’m sorry to hear the earbuds weren’t working for you. I tested them before shipping and they were functioning properly. I also asked for photos of the packaging to check for possible shipping damage, but didn’t hear back. As I mentioned, I’m still willing to issue a refund if the earbuds are returned, even though the listing stated no returns.
