Losing weight with Richard Simmons
Sweatin number 4, is a fun challenging workout. I switch off with Sweatin number 2, 3 , and 4. I love them all.

A great beginners tape
Richard Simmons Sweatin To The Oldies 2 was my first dvd of his line up. I am so glad I bought this exercise dvd, because it has everything I need at the beginning. A few great warm ups, A fun easy line up of low Aerobics dance exercise routines, and a cool down at the end. He also included weights, and some mat exercise. I love the live band, and you can't help yourself to sing with the songs as you exercise to them. Richard Dancers are of all shape and sizes, he included real people which I love. He encourages you through out the dvd to do your best, and he makes you want to do just that.
