Very sensible yet accepts some crying methods
I am in the process of reading the most influential books regarding sleep in babies.
As a new parent, one of my main obsessions is to help my baby fall asleep so the baby is well rested - and in turn, husband and I are more patient and playful parents.
There is so much conflicting advice out there that it can make you go crazy. This books is very good with new tips and tricks l didn't see anywhere else. I agree and can say l have had success with the pick up and put down method with a 12 week old baby.
However this book includes, from 3 months old, a gentle crying method that l would not be able to apply to my little one - very difficult emotionally to see your baby cry. This is my only disappointment with this book.
I have read other books, such as 'your baby week by week' that l have enjoyed more.

Best book for new parents

There is so much conflicting advice out there that it can make you go crazy. This books is very good with new tips and tricks l didn't see anywhere else. It covers all areas that you may be interested in: sleep, how much crying, what is happening to mum, etc
From the group of 8 couples having children at the same time, our little one is sleeping and doing so well thanks to advice in here. Absolutely amazing
I have read other books, but this is my fav.

Lovely fresh scent gel
l have been using this bath foam as a gel for over 5 years now, since l tried it when visiting friends. It leaves a fresh relaxing scent, nothing overpowering, and l feel calmed and confident.
it may look a bit pricey but a little goes a long way, and l reckon one bottle lasts 6 months.
l usually buy it online because not many stores stock this gel.
