Great.
I've been in the supplement industry for decades at the retail level. Now is a great line & the Richards are fine people. Short of going to heme, which is an expensive esoteric form of iron, iron supplements don't get any better than this & most aren't this good.

They'e spoons, not scales. Stupid to not tell the actual size, in ml.
It is inane to sell a device to measure volumetrically and blather on and on about milligrams which is a unit of weight, and never tell how big these actually are.
