Great Civil War History and Stories but not Comprehensive
For anyone interested in the Civil War, these DVDs are well done and worth seeing. Certain events are highlighted that are seldom featured anywhere else. For example, you will find:
1) the wheat field battle at Gettysburg,
2) the excellent story of the 54th Massachusetts, the groundbreaking story of the heroic Negro brigade,
3) the hornets nest at the battle of Shiloh, and
4) military training at Westpoint and impact on both sides.
Danny Glover does an excellent job as a narrator. What this video series is not is a comprehensive history of the Civil War. Still highly recommended!

On cloud nine with this one!
May be Harrison's best. Certainly his most consistent. Jeff Lynne was the ideal producer bringing out strong vocals. Harrison's guitar work shines with guest Eric Clapton. A joyous record!
