  Ordered on May 21! Was not sent out until June 6th! When the package arrived with the puzzle in it, it came in a poly bag with a 1/2 sheet of bubble wrap around it! Very disappointed being a White Mountain puzzle collector to get a damaged box due to shipping in a poly bag! Would not recommend or purchase again from this seller!

  I’m very sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. Is there any way I can rectify this? In the 13 years I’ve been selling on eBay, I’ve never had a negative comment or complaint that the box was damaged during shipping in a bag, so I am upset by this and wish to make it right. As I messaged you before, I was away at the time you made your purchase dealing with some family problems which delayed your shipment, and I do apologize again.
