AMAZING book
This book is soooo indepth! It dives DEEP into the brain and it's mechanisms on how it works. And also into why medication would be essential for SOME with mental disorders. (I'm not a psychiatrist, so be sure to see a licensed psychiatrist for medications..... I'm just a person that suffers from several mental illnesses......) Be sure to check out his other book on what mental illnesses react to medications..... it's SOOOO worth the $10+. I bring my book to EVERY single appt with my Medication Specialist, to go over what medications would be best for me....

Super disappointed...
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I know it's hard to get oxytocin from any other source but your own body, but I had hopes for this. I know using a nasal spray helps it to cross the blood brain barrier, but this did nothing. I've used it for over 2 weeks, and have used over half the bottle. Just disappointed.
