Great option to replacing fan motor!
Good fast service and the correct parts to do the job.
Removing the fan motor really easy except for getting the wiring connector off first (and getting myself in to reach it!)
Standard soldering gun worked to get the old braided wire out, but it seems like the original was crimped onto the hard wire, Just had to carefully clip it off and install the new one, solder it in place and the job was done.
Took the time to clean up the commutator on the armature with a fine diamond file and 320- grit sandpaper while I had the brushes out, too.
Works like brand new!
