Best Syringe For Industrial Applications
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich The slip(non-locking) Luer tip makes clean-up a breeze when one's application can allow the syringes to be reused over and over again, whereas a locking style allows material to get caught in the threaded section of the Luer lock. The other important feature that I like is the fact that the syringe has a stop which prevents the plunger from being pulled completely out unintentionally. My only negative comment is that the written graduation marks seem to wear off somewhat faster compared to some of the less expensive imported brands. Fortunately for my application, I do not need to keep track of the volumes that I draw and dispense. If I was dependent on this, I simply would have to replace them more frequently than I normally do. I manage to get 100's of uses from each syringe before needing to replace them!!!. I think that this speaks as to the quality of the product. Lastly, I typically draw fluids that are approximately 120 degrees F, which doesn't affect their action, even after using them over and over again, whereas I would notice degradation sooner from using less expensive imported ones.

Here's my Solution to Home Workshop Lighting
I flooded my unfinished basement with $10 twin bulb T40 fluorescent fixtures. These are the ones that come with lousy ballasts. But to get fixtures that come with ballasts like this auction, cost upwards to $40-$50. This auction yielded my 6 ballasts at approximately $13 each. So, take a $10 fixture, use it until the original ballast goes, and replace with a ballasts like these. This brings the total cost of each fixture up to $23, which is still approximately 1/2 the price of starting out with a "good" fixture. FYI, I have 25 fixtures in my rather small basement, which makes it the brightest room in the house!!! It takes 2 light switches, left side/right side, to control all of these lights. I simply added two circuits to my box, and dropped duplex outlets along the ceiling wherever they were needed for plugging the fixtures in. When it comes to replacing the ballast, simply unplug, unleash from the steel chains and bring to by bench for service. I highly recommend investing in the orange 3-port push in connectors. This really helps to simply the ballast service. Read the wiring diagram of the new ballast, as it it wired differently compared to the way the cheap original ballast is wired up. It was a lot easier for me to justify spending $250 on fixtures, compared to $1000+.
