Great gloves for mig
Tillman is my go to brand for welding gloves. I’ve put these 48xl through the wringer and they don’t disappoint. They do run a bit small and have a little more interior padding than I’m used to but they are good for winter. Try em out you’ll be stoked.

Awesome clamps
The automatic clamps are great. I use them daily at work and have several that are more than a few years old. They hold up well and make clamping different size material easy. Get yourself some!
