I did not receive this item. I didn't receive a confirmation until I contacted the company. I purchased it for my wife as a Christmas present and never got to give her the movie she loves so much. When I contacted the company on a long distance phone call, I was told there was nothing they could do. I understand that they can't control the USPS, but they could have offered to give me half the money back, maybe a used copy of the movie or something other than we got our money, so your just out of luck. Now I'm out of the hard earned money I spent to a company that DOES NOT PUT THE CUSTOMER FIRST.
