Look the part
My job on a factory floor should be less of a problem on my feet . I've used local (Australian) soles and they do the job for a few months. .. yet the cost is 10x of these so if i get the same time of usage I'll be very happy with them ☺.

Quick shifter kit
After watching a YouTube video on doing the changeover it was quite easy to do myself, total time was all of 10 mins all up..
The kit has reduced the throw by almost half and is very slick, I like it . Reminds me of the quick shift we used to install into mk2 Escort all those years ago !!
